Summary: A Halloween carnival is meant to be entertaining and scary, but mostly entertaining. Clearly, no one told this guy. His costume isn't even all that festive. Come on, if you're going to brutally massacre everyone, at least look like you're happy to be there!

History: No one knows who the Other is, but we do know that he's a menace to the entire travelling Hell Fest Halloween carnival. His main method of murder is to find his prey, kill them with whatever he's got lying around, and then make it so that it looks like it's all part of the show. It's clever. Wickedly clever.

Notable Kills: Smashes a guy's head like a melon with a "test your strength" mallet.

Final Fate: After chasing down the survivors, he gets his own pickaxe to the side, and is forced to retreat. However, it is shown that he has a little daughter, oblivious to his crimes, as well as several other costumes to further his rampage...

Powers/Abilities: Extreme durability.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-The Other's look isn't exactly original nor is it that much intimidating. Sure, his murders make up for it with how brutal they are, but then you realize he's a family man, and wonder what drives him to this. Then again, the fact that he can get his violence to blend in so easily is rather terrifying.

Trivia: -This film was meant to be the beginning of some long-running franchise ala "Saw" or "Friday the 13th", but so far, we've seen none of that.
